1. Definitions

• "QRentify", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of qrentify.com.
• "Agency" refers to any real-estate agency, property manager, or landlord using QRentify to receive tenant applications.
• "Tenant" or "Applicant" refers to any individual submitting a rental application through QRentify.
• "Service" refers to the QRentify platform, website, and all related tools.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid plan giving an Agency access to QRentify features.

2. Description of Service

QRentify provides a digital platform that enables:

• Real-estate agencies to collect rental applications via personalized forms
• Tenants to submit their rental dossiers electronically
• Agencies to manage, review, and communicate with applicants
• QR code generation for easy form access
• Secure document storage and transmission

3. Account Registration

3.1 Agency Accounts

To use QRentify as an Agency, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. QRentify is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

QRentify offers a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers
• An invoice is sent automatically after each payment
• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may vary by plan

4.3 Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

4.4 Price Changes

QRentify reserves the right to modify pricing. Changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use QRentify for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce QRentify content without permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Use QRentify to discriminate against tenants unlawfully
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Tenant Submissions

6.1 Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants submitting applications through QRentify:

• Must provide accurate and truthful information
• Consent to their data being transmitted to the selected Agency
• Acknowledge that QRentify does not control how Agencies use their data

6.2 Document Uploads

Tenants may upload documents such as ID, proof of income, and employment records. Tenants are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share these documents.

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of QRentify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

7.2 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Agencies using QRentify agree to the Data Processing Agreement in accordance with GDPR Article 28.

7.3 Data Retention

Tenant documents are stored for a maximum of 3 months and are then automatically deleted, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 QRentify Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of QRentify (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design) are owned by QRentify and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy QRentify materials
• Use the Service for commercial resale
• Reverse engineer any software

9. Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Service

QRentify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 No Rental Guarantees

QRentify does not guarantee that:

• Tenants will find housing
• Agencies will find suitable tenants
• Any rental transaction will be successful

9.3 Third-Party Services

QRentify may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, hosting, etc.). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRentify shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from Agency-tenant disputes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to QRentify in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRentify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using QRentify at any time. To close your account, contact us or cancel from your dashboard.

12.2 By QRentify

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or court order
• We discontinue the Service

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends immediately
• Tenant data will be deleted according to our retention policy
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

13. Changes to Terms

QRentify may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notification for material changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved:

• First, through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved, exclusively in the courts of Estonia

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and DPA, constitute the entire agreement between you and QRentify.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

15.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. QRentify may assign its rights without restriction.
